ABOUT  ME

Born and raised in Oakland, California, I developed a deep appreciation for natural beauty interwoven with urban spaces. After moving around the West Coast (I attended Pitzer College in Southern California and then lived in Seattle) I am now back in Oakland.

My work as a climate organizer has taken me to cities large and small across the country, and to protests and direct actions of all kinds. Through my travels, I aim to document the beauty, power, and resilience of the people and communities I encounter along the way.

I've also focused on faith-based activism for justice, mostly with If Not Now - an organization of young Jews aiming to end the American Jewish community's support for the occupation of Palestine.

I currently work for the Fossil Fuel Divestment Student Network and with the Sunrise Movement, organizing to build a powerful youth movement for climate justice.
